Refund Policy

The free app

Check-ins, streaks, your crew, the leaderboard, chat and manual logging cost nothing and never will. There is nothing to refund.

The free trial

Rally Pro starts with 14 free days. A card is required to begin, and when the trial ends it converts to paid automatically. Cancel any time before it ends from Profile → Rally Pro and you are never charged a cent — there is nothing to refund because nothing was taken.

The 30-day guarantee

Check in on at least 20 separate days within your first 30 days as a paying member, email us within those 30 days to say it hasn't worked for you, and we refund what you paid for that subscription in full. You keep every plan Rally generated for you.

One condition, because Rally only works if you show up. The 30 days run from your first successful charge, not from the start of the trial. The guarantee covers your first paid subscription and applies once per person.

Everything else

Outside the guarantee, and except where the law says otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We don't refund partial months, unused time, or a renewal you meant to cancel and didn't. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Two exceptions we'll always honour: if we close your account without cause while you have paid time left, we refund the unused part; and if you were charged twice for the same period, we refund the duplicate.

How to ask

Contact the app owner through the app and say what happened. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Please ask us before opening a chargeback — a dispute takes far longer than we do, and we would rather just sort it out.
